About this tour

This private tour will take you to the top of Knuckles Summit without risking getting lost. The guide is a licensed local. In the morning, you will hike through tea plantations, forests and endemic wildlife. Then, you’ll enjoy a picnic at the top of the mountain before returning to the starting point. All meals and two nights’ accommodation are included.

The day before the tracking, you will be welcomed at Hotel Kandy. After you are accommodated overnight, you will be picked up for tracking at 7.30 am or 7.30 am the next morning. Start your trek to Knuckles Summit at around 9.30 am. You will pass through a tea plantation, pygmy forests, cloud forests and a plateau with grassland. In crystal-clear streams, you can see endemic birds, mammals, and freshwater creatures. Take in the view of the surrounding jungle from the Knuckles Summit. Around 01. Around 01.
